Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalized items)

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@my-test-store.workfile.store with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
